Getting Back to the Basics of ROBUST HEALTH

Build a Strong, Resilient, Energetic Body

In "Back to Fitness Basics" you will learn a daily fitness routine that will transform your body in minutes a day with minimal to no equipment. 

These workouts will help you increase your energy, maintain your independence, improve blood sugar control, tone and tighten muscles, as well as improve your mental clarity.

You will be interactively taken through the "Revitalizer" series of movements as well as the "Fit in 5" workouts. You will leave knowing how and when to do these workouts throughout your day and how to progress them over time to keep your body challenged.



This seminar is 60 minutes in length, depending on class size and number of questions asked.

In "Back to Nutrition Basics" you will learn how to eat to fuel a healthy, robust body and help maintain your muscles over time to get the most benefit from your fitness and life.

This seminar will cover how to eat to fuel a healthy metabolism, how to eat properly, nutrition to get you to a healthy weight and keep you there, support your muscles as you age, as well as give you tools to take healthy eating anywhere! 

Also, the role of supplements and objective health/nutrition testing will be covered and why supplementation based on objectivity is the best way to optimize your health, NOT how you feel, muscle testing, or symptom questionnaires.

This seminar is roughly 60 minutes in length.

Location

All seminars will be held at the Avondale Community Center in Avondale, Missouri. 


The building is at the NE corner of N. Bell and Hwy. 210.

There is parking for approximately 6 cars directly in front of the building, and additional parking along Excelsior Street.

Schedule of Seminars

Seminars are held on Saturdays from 11am-1pm.  

The nutrition seminar begins at approximately 11am and lasts until 11:50am. 

The fitness seminar begins at approximately Noon and lasts until approximately 1pm.

There will be a Q&A session at 1pm.

I recommend purchasing the 41" orange pair and green dynamic stabilizer bands before attending (see column to the right of the blog "BANDS". Wear clothing you are comfortable moving in and tell me about ANY health conditions you have before we begin.

Payment of $40 the seminars (cash only, please) is due at the beginning of the seminar. 

You will receive a pen and a note packet. If you wish to take extensive notes, please bring more paper or a notebook with you.
